Cancel a contract

You do not need to sign in. Enter the contract number from your confirmation or plan page and your contract email address. If details are missing or review is needed, your statement's original receipt date and time remain recorded.

Cancellation ends a contract on the applicable date. Withdrawal concerns entering the contract and may lead to reimbursement. The statutory conditions remain applicable.

Your contract number is on your plan page and contract confirmation. For a plan change, use its agreement number. If you do not know it, leave the field blank and describe the contract in the free-text field, for example using the VIN. We will review the match; your statement's receipt timestamp is preserved. Alternatively, send an unequivocal statement to contact@rescoot.org.
