The paid contract covers the selected connectivity plan for the scooter with a built-in SIM identified in the final order summary and the cloud features listed there. Compatible vehicle hardware/software and mobile coverage at the relevant location are required. Features marked “coming soon” are not available yet. A Sunshine account and the available features for an own-SIM scooter do not require a connectivity subscription.

Paid orders require full legal capacity or any legally required valid consent from a legal representative.

By giving the final confirmation on Sunshine, you submit a binding offer for the displayed plan. The final summary specifies the total price including taxes, amount due today, billing interval and initial-period conditions. Payment does not replace vehicle association evidence or any required SIM activation. An initial connectivity order is accepted when its first payment is confirmed, or when its payment authorisation is confirmed for a free start period. Scheduled changes and changes without an additional payment are accepted upon successful confirmation; charged immediate changes upon confirmed payment. The contract confirmation supplies the agreed information on a durable medium.

The final order summary defines the initial agreed period and its start. For a prepaid Plus or Pro start period, the next payment is due no earlier than one calendar month and not before the mobile connection is confirmed. A longer setup period does not create an additional minimum commitment. Setup can be cancelled before the first mobile connection with a full refund under the displayed setup terms.

After the initially agreed period, automatic continuation is indefinite and can be terminated at any time with no more than one month's notice. Annual billing after automatic continuation does not create another fixed annual commitment. Any unused prepaid amount after termination is refunded proportionately at the agreed price, without retrospectively charging the monthly list price. Cancellation for the end of the initial agreed period prevents continuation. Statutory rights to extraordinary termination remain unaffected.

Statutory withdrawal rights are separate from setup cancellation and the additional Basic special-cancellation policy. An express request for early service performance does not by itself extinguish withdrawal rights when activation occurs. Any lawful compensation requires the necessary information, express request and services actually provided.

Statutory rights concerning non-conforming paid digital services and legally required updates apply. General statements about the free community service do not restrict these rights. Liability for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health remains unlimited; statutory rights otherwise apply. Mandatory consumer protections at your habitual residence remain unaffected.


Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded. Statutory extensions where required information is missing or incomplete remain unaffected.

You may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not compulsory. This website also provides a “Withdraw from contract” function; we will acknowledge receipt by email without delay after submission.

To meet the deadline, send your withdrawal statement before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

We will reimburse payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after we receive your withdrawal statement. We use the same payment method as the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise; you will not incur fees for reimbursement.

If you expressly requested services to start during the withdrawal period and received the required information, only lawful proportionate compensation for services actually provided before withdrawal is payable, in relation to the total agreed service. No compensation is deducted where required evidence is missing. Payment or SIM activation alone does not waive your withdrawal right.
